New Business:  A motion in accordance with the club’s By-Laws for the appointment of the appointed officers by the new elected officers.  The appointments of Activities Directors – Sue Smith/Dan Bryant, Webmaster – Tom Quina, Newsletter Editor/Historian – Hollyann Quina.  Motion made by Tom Quina,  2^nd by Stan Symkowski.  Motion passed unanimously.
