Old Business: Discussion
and consensus gained to change meeting day to Thursday
Motion to way the By-Laws to temporary change the
General Membership meeting day from the second Friday of every month to the
second Thursday of every month for a period on 3 months. At the end of
three months the club will decide to keep the meeting on Thursday or change back
to Friday.

Officer at Large reported the passing of Harry Fallon’s mother Virginia
Leondaris.

Committee: Beth Butcher suggested a Shout Out Event for Thursday May, 27 of
the United States Band Cruisers, at the Sunrise Theater in Fort Pierce.
Beth has free admission tickets.

More discussion on club decal for our cars.
Dan Bryan will work with Frank Baudo on different styles and pricing.

Also, announced the this is the last general meeting until
September. The Mystery Dinner

Report of Officers: President Bryant read letter from Beth
Butcher, Activates Director resign from the Board for personal reasons.
The board votes not to accept Beth’s resignation, with the board taking
over the Activates duty for the balance of the year.
Motion By Hollyann Quina and Second By Tom Quina.
Motion Passed.
President Bryant read a report from Dan Bryant and Frank
Baudo in reference to the “Club Decal” that was originally proposed by Frank
Baudo. Reporting that they found a
source that would do a vinyl window sticker in a variety of colors for $1.00
each. The report was accepted by a
hand vote to present it to the general membership for approvable at the next
meeting.
Report of Standing Committees: Christmas Party Committee
– this years party will be on Saturday, December 11th at Meadowood
Golf & Tennis Club the same as last year.
Menus and cost will be presented at the October meeting.

appointees for the Nominating Committee are Tom Quina and Dick Cantner.
A member from the General Membership will be appointed at the general
membership meeting.
Announcements: Non-Progressive Murder Mystery Dinner Party
is being investigated for later this year.

volunteered to be candidates for club officers for the next year, and have been
approved and submitted to the club by the nominating committee.
Other volunteers were ask of the members present and there being none a
motion was made to close the nominations. Motion
by Dick Cantner and 2nd by Dan Bryant.

lieu of a formal ballot election, since all positions for next years officers
are unopposed, a motion to wave the By Laws to have a hand vote to confirm all
nominees to be the Club elected officers for next year.
